The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our growing product team. This role requires a strategic thinker with 6-8 years of product management experience who can drive product vision, prioritize features, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will own the product roadmap, conduct market research, and work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Product Strategy & Vision
Develop and communicate compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
Define product positioning and go-to-market strategies for new features and products
Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps with clear priorities and timelines
Present product strategy and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Lead Product Development and Execution
Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering teams to estimate effort, plan sprints, and ensure quality delivery
Conduct regular sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions
Make data-driven decisions on feature prioritization and resource allocation
Champion User Experience & Customer Success
Conduct user research sessions, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs
Analyze user behavior data and feedback to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
Monitor key product metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform product decisions
Collaborate with customer success teams to address user feedback and support requests
Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership teams
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment on product goals and timelines
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
Support sales and marketing teams with product demos, training, and collateral development
Coordinate product launches and ensure successful go-to-market execution
Qualifications
Product Management Experience & Skills
6-8 years of product management experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments
Proven track record of successfully launching products and features from concept to market
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MixPanel, or similar)
Experience with Agile development methodologies and working closely with engineering teams
Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen
Exceptional ability to think strategically while executing tactically on day-to-day priorities
Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior
Experience developing business cases and ROI analyses for product investments
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous situations
Financial acumen with understanding of revenue models and unit economics
Communication & Leadership
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence without authority
Experience presenting to executive leadership and facilitating cross-functional meetings
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Collaborative mindset with proven ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
Customer-centric approach with passion for solving user problems
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
Product management certifications (CSPO, CPM, or equivalent)
Experience in B2B SaaS, mobile applications, or relevant industry vertical
Technical background with ability to work closely with engineering teams
Industry knowledge in regulated sectors (healthcare, financial services, government)

Launch 3-4 major product features per quarter with measurable user adoption and engagement
Achieve product KPI targets including user retention, feature adoption, and customer satisfaction scores
Maintain product roadmap accuracy with 85%+ on-time delivery of committed features
Drive measurable improvements in key user experience metrics and customer feedback scores
Business Growth & Market Impact
Contribute to company revenue growth through successful product launches and feature adoption
Expand market share through competitive differentiation and compelling product positioning
Build strong relationships with customers evidenced by positive testimonials and case studies
Support sales team with 90%+ win rate on deals where product demos are conducted
Team Leadership & Process Excellence
Establish product management best practices and frameworks across the organization
Maintain high team velocity through effective backlog management and sprint planning
Achieve 95%+ stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and delivery excellence
Mentor junior product team members and contribute to product management hiring and onboarding

Identify and validate new product opportunities through market research and customer insights
Drive product innovation through experimentation and iterative improvement processes
