Role Overview:
As a Product Manager II, you are responsible for driving continued expansion, and implementing requirements to drive stratospheric growth of Housecall Pro through ownership of our top of funnel growth site. You lead the strategy and execution for a high-performing, SEO-centric web experience that showcases our product value and attracts qualified leads.
You own a product roadmap, driving lead acquisition and site performance through scalable initiatives spanning content expansion, infrastructure investment, on-site engagement, and cross-functional enablement. Working closely with engineering, marketing, design, and other stakeholders, you define the right backlog, structures, and frameworks to accelerate progress. Your product strategy focuses on showcasing our value, enabling rapid content growth, and maintaining a stable, high-performing site foundation.

What you do each day:
Think
- Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy using competitive research and business insights
- Analyze customer and business data to inform product priorities
- Write and present strategic documents and product overviews
Plan
- Create and communicate a clear product roadmap
- Balance technical foundations with content and engagement-led initiatives
- Coordinate with go-to-market teams to align product positioning and value
Build
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to validate problems and co-create impactful solutions
- Partner with product designers and engineers to develop wireframes and launch plans
- Lead the execution of technical optimization efforts to improve site performance, crawlability, and health
Launch & Learn
- Pull together everything needed to effectively launch, measure, learn, and iterate quickly to improve the product and its performance
- Create measurement plans to monitor feature adoption and usage
- Launch and monitor A/B tests for key initiatives, determining growth impact and monitoring key success indicators
- Co-create go-to-market plans and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to execute them
- Rapidly develop post-launch product iterations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on top-of-funnel acquisition and web-based experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong track record of designing and analyzing A/B experiments to improve user experience
- Experience using data analysis tools to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions
- Deep knowledge of product management methodologies, UX principles, and agile development practices

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $108,000-$135,000 + Equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
