Job description
Education Perfect is an EdTech platform designed to empower educators and amplify their impact in the classroom. We aim to enable teachers to personalise learning at scale with a range of powerful learning, assessment, and insights tools, helping them and their students reach their full potential.
As an EPeep, you’ll work on projects that have a real impact on students’ lives and have the freedom, support and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the connector between our Product, Marketing and Sales teams, turning product innovation into market impact. You’ll drive go-to-market plans for the features and content you own, ensure our messaging is compelling and consistent and develop strategies that drive adoption and engagement of these features within the EP platform.
You’ll immerse yourself in the education landscape, understanding teaching and learning best practice and translating that insight into marketing strategies that resonate with educators, learners and decision makers. This is a role where you’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, taking products from concept to adoption and continually optimising their market performance.
This position is offered as a 12 month fixed-term contract to provide parental leave coverage.
What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new features, content and product updates, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs
- Create initiatives to encourage key product behaviours, increase user engagement and support long-term product success
- Use user data, product analytics and market insights to identify growth opportunities, inform campaigns and track success metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to adapt product positioning and marketing strategies to regional needs, ensuring relevance and impact in high-growth markets
- Develop clear, benefit led messaging and positioning that communicates our value proposition to different audiences
- Work with content teams to deliver marketing collateral, sales tools, presentations and educational materials that support adoption and retention
- Stay across market trends, emerging technologies and competitor offerings to inform strategy and positioning
- Provide guidance and support to the marketing team on campaign execution, content creation and brand consistency
About you
- 3+ years in product marketing within SaaS, preferably in the edtech industry or another complex, fast moving sector
- Demonstrated success driving product adoption, engagement and measurable growth through strategic marketing initiatives
- Strong ability to interpret data, user behaviour and market insights, then turn them into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled at explaining complex ideas in clear, engaging language tailored to different audiences
- Background in education or proven ability to quickly develop deep subject matter expertise in a new and complex domain
- Proven ability to work seamlessly across Product, Sales, Marketing and regional teams to achieve shared goals
- Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders
Equitable opportunities, growth, and development lie at the heart of how we work at EP. We understand that not all applicants may possess all the following attributes so if you think you have what it takes, but are not sure you check every box, we would love to still hear from you!
