About the Position

We’re looking for a Product Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our product and development teams—helping us move faster, collaborate smarter, and deliver even more value to our customers. In this role, you’ll play a key part in scaling our product operations function, ensuring our teams stay focused, aligned, and ready to tackle the next big challenge. If you thrive on problem-solving, love optimizing workflows, and enjoy working cross-functionally, this is your opportunity to shape how we operate and grow.

About the Product Team

As a product-led company, the Product team at FiscalNote is where the magic happens. The team includes product management, project management, data products, and professional services. If you want to work in a highly engaged and collaborative environment to solve emerging challenges, Product at FiscalNote is for you.

About You

You excel at managing multiple tasks, tracking complex workflows, and ensuring smooth operations across teams. You’re proactive and know when to escalate issues to the right stakeholders to prevent bottlenecks. You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy digging into data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Customer Success, and Support teams. You have experience with project management tools like Jira, and you’re eager to improve processes to drive efficiency. You’re not afraid to ask questions, take initiative, and ensure that product operations run smoothly.
