Job Description
- Represent the needs and priorities of business stakeholders within one or more agile teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine product requirements and clarify business objectives.
- Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and ready for development.
- Work closely with Product Managers and development teams to plan and deliver product increments.
- Support sprint planning by clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous alignment and improvement.
- Help coordinate dependencies with other teams and communicate blockers or risks to the Product Manager.
- Assist in triaging defects and verifying resolutions in collaboration with QA and support teams.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to inform backlog grooming and prioritization.
- Ensure proper documentation of features, user stories, and sprint deliverables.
- Support the delivery of sprint demos to internal stakeholders for feedback and validation.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or related role within an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).
- Product Owner certification (e.g., Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, SAFe) or strong willingness to obtain one within the first 6–12 months.
- Foundational knowledge of product management principles and agile methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, QA, support).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to break down complex processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable conveying ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to organize work, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn from senior product leaders and grow within the product function.
- Interest in user experience, digital products, and continuous product improvement.
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proven expertise in the core functionalities for Fundamentals on our ERP systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in user interface design, component architecture, and design systems.
