What You’ll Do
- Translate product strategy and customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements and prototypes
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure timely, resource-efficient delivery
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances long-term strategy with short-term deliverables
- Own and manage the product backlog—organizing, refining, and prioritizing to maximize value
- Monitor product development from concept through launch, ensuring quality and alignment with goals
- Regularly communicate updates to stakeholders and ensure feedback loops are in place
- Organize and participate in the planning, review and delivery of releases with cross-functional teams
- Champion an iterative, agile-inspired approach—focused on shipping value early and often
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Product Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience or certifications)
- 5+ years of experience working within a software product team in a fast-paced tech environment
- Proven experience with workflow and product management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to assess business value and prioritize features accordingly
- Comfortable navigating and resolving competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across functions and teams
