Job Description

We’re  looking for a Product Specialist to deliver industry-leading solutions for our users as we build the future platform for Titles & Metadata. These tools need to be designed to scale and integrate with various systems along the Content Supply Chain.

Collaborate with the Operations & Technology design team to build out workflows, user journeys and whiteboarding sessions that help showcase the larger picture

Identify new forward-thinking functionality to meet new business needs or provide new business/integration opportunities

Help collaborate on product requirement documents across a multi-disciplinary team to set forward a cohesive plan that takes all aspects into consideration

Own Product stories end to end and work with the Product owner responsible for Product Development within the Titles & Metadata team

Develop relationships with the various Services teams to determine inter-team dependencies, and work with Product Owners to mitigate risks

Qualifications

  • Be able to understand technical system diagrams and be able to discuss at a high-level with a less technical audience
  • Expertise in research, technical writing, and development of user stories
  • Expertise with CMS and or backend technology platforms

Desired Characteristics:

  • Minimum 1+ years product management experience in media, gathering client requirements, writing product and/or technical specifications, working with development teams, product testing, and managing product roadmaps as well as launches
  • At least 2 years of direct client engagement experience
  • Experience in Television/Broadcast, Media, Technology, or related field
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience with using Jira or a similar system to track and maintain feature requirements and development progress
  • Natural problem solver, who is adaptable in a fast-paced environment and is highly collaborative.
