At Pigment, as a Product Strategist, you’ll be bringing new ideas to life!
Working closely with our customer and internal users, you will be analyzing behaviors, finding market opportunities, designing solutions, challenging assumptions, running experiments, presenting opportunities and roadmaps, and collaborating with other Pigment teams to make new features a reality.
You will help making decisions on the Product direction and stand up for creating value for the present and future of Pigment.
What you’ll do
User research and analytics :
Create and monitor success metrics for existing and new features
Gather and analyze users and internal teams feedback (interviews, community, workshops)
Identify product opportunities by leveraging data and user research
Collaborate with Product Education to define optimized on-boarding strategies
Opportunities and initiatives :
Build hypothesis and complete business cases for new features or products
Lead initiatives to design new solutions and adjust existing ones
Partner with the Design team to build prototypes and test new ideas
Support the team (PM, Design, Devs) to execute on the how
Market intelligence :
Analyze the market to find new opportunities and identify risks
Monitor competition offer and build solid Product battlecards
Prepare market and Product internal newsletters
Strategic planning :
Build the Product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales
Pitch our Product vision and roadmap to existing and new customers
Who you are
- A background in SaaS B2B, Data Vizualisation or Finance is a required
- You are passionate, result and customer-oriented
- You have strong problem-solving skills. You are obsessed with coming up with the best possible solutions to fit our users’ needs
- You have strong analytics skills and you are at ease with modeling data
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precisely articulating customer problems
- Your experience demonstrates a close affinity with product management, product marketing, sales engineering and project management practices, and you are willing to spread that culture
- You are a great team player skilled at aligning multiple stakeholders
- You are proactive, curious, autonomous and organized
- You have the minimum technical background required to interact with engineers
- English a must, French a plus
