What you’d be doing in this role
We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our B2B Marketing team on a 6-month contract. As the B2B Program Manager you will be responsible for strategically leading the end-to-end process of marketing initiatives. You’ll serve as the critical connector across marketing teams, proactively managing stakeholder alignment, resolving challenges, and ensuring projects achieve strategic objectives efficiently. You’ll also be responsible for delivering strategic communications to leadership, ensuring transparency, alignment, and informed decision-making.
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that’s all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you’ll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
What you’ll do
- Lead campaign execution across Public Sector verticals (Higher Ed, Government, Real Estate)
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Growth Strategy, Content, and Product Marketing teams
- Manage end-to-end planning, reporting, and delivery for B2B marketing programs
- Build repeatable systems and playbooks to improve campaign scalability and velocity
- Create dashboards and updates to showcase impact, learnings, and insights to leadership
- Champion operational excellence through streamlined workflows and communication

- You’ve led complex B2B marketing programs and worked closely with channel and strategy teams
- You have experience in program or project management, managing complex, strategic projects in a high-growth, dynamic environment
- You’re a clear communicator, a natural organiser, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- You understand how to drive stakeholder alignment and unblock teams to move faster
- You’re self-driven, solutions-focused, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done
About the team
You’ll be joining Canva’s B2B Marketing team – a highly collaborative group of marketers, strategists and creatives on a mission to grow Canva’s presence in the business world. Our vertical campaigns are critical to achieving Canva’s B2B goals, and you’ll play a key role in making them happen!
