Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in both design execution and marketing support. The ideal candidate excels in producing consistent, high-quality visual assets within established brand guidelines and takes pride in executing routine tasks with precision and aesthetic excellence. This is not a conceptual or branding-heavy role. We’re not looking for a design visionary, but rather a dependable creative professional who values consistency, polish, and precision over novelty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality marketing and communications materials including digital ads, packaging elements, and sales collateral.
- Execute design projects strictly within established brand guidelines.
- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with print vendors as needed.
- Maintain and organize assets using tools like Dropbox.
- Assist with product imagery using Boxshot 5 (a simple 3D rendering tool).
- Support routine marketing tasks such as formatting email templates, updating existing collateral, and preparing files for distribution.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all deliverables.

Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of design principles and excellent visual taste.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Demonstrated experience in print production and preparing files for press.
- Strong organizational and file management skills; ability to work independently without needing extensive training or oversight.
- Basic working knowledge or interest in 3D modeling, lighting, and rendering. Prior experience with Boxshot 5 or similar tools is a plus.
- Comfortable handling straightforward marketing tasks with professionalism and consistency.
- Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous exposure to 3D tools such as Cinema4D, Blender, SketchUp, or similar (basic proficiency sufficient).
- Experience working in a structured or brand-driven design environment.
- Experience with asset management tools such as Dropbox for collaborative workflows.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS (nice to have, not required).
