As a Professional Services Consultant at Vonage, you are a vital part of ensuring customer success and satisfaction. You will be at the forefront of delivering and implementing cutting-edge communication solutions, directly impacting how businesses operate and serve their clients. Acting as both a trusted advisor and a technical expert, you will enable organizations to unlock the full potential of Vonage products by delivering tailored implementations, training, and support. Whether working independently or as part of a larger project team, your contributions drive measurable value and long-term customer engagement.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver end-to-end project implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Conduct design and discovery sessions with customers to assess needs and provide best-practice guidance tailored to Vonage solutions.
  • Build and configure technical solutions, ensuring quality and performance standards are met or exceeded.
  • Deliver user training in multiple formats (remote, face-to-face, classroom) for both new and existing customers.
  • Provide day-to-day support and governance for partner-led projects, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with Vonage standards.
  • Track project progress, manage time and scope, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and share knowledge across departments to continuously improve service delivery.

What you’ll bring:

Required:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms and technical implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Contact Center operations, preferably in Customer Service or Inside Sales environments.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, with the ability to assess requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities in both individual and collaborative settings

Experience we consider a plus:

  • Foundation-level accreditation in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, or similar).
  • Salesforce ADM 201 certification or equivalent Salesforce CRM experience.
