As aProgram Manager at Cro Metrics, you’ll take full ownership of deliveringhigh-impact A/B testing and personalization programsfor a diverse portfolio of clients. You won’t just manage projects—you’lllead, strategize, and drive meaningful business outcomesthrough data-backed decision-making. This role is perfect for someone who enjoysbuilding strong client relationships, solving complex problems, and finding new ways to help businesses grow.
You’ll work closely withsenior marketing and product leaders, guiding them through testing strategies while collaborating with our world-classengineering, design, and analytics teams. Your focus will be on execution,but your impact will extend far beyond—helping shape client strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring our work translates into measurable success.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Experimentation Process: Partner with strategy, engineering, QA, design, and analytics teams tolaunch and optimize A/B teststhat drive performance improvements.
- Turn Ideas into Action: Write clear, detailed test requirements and create annotated mockups toensure seamless execution.
- Be the Go-To for Clients: Serve as theprimary point of contactfor multiple clients, keeping them informed on program progress, test performance, and key insights.
- Optimize Budgets & Resources: Manage program budgets, scope, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective execution.
- Manage Complexity with Ease: Juggle multiple priorities across different accounts while maintaininga sharp focus on results and client satisfaction.
- Lead Client Strategy & Growth: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and proactively identifyingnew opportunities for optimization and expansion.
- Solve Problems Before They Arise: Anticipate roadblocks, troubleshoot challenges, andensure smooth execution at every stage.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and apply new knowledge inCRO, growth marketing, and digital experimentationtodeliver best-in-class solutions.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experiencewriting requirements for engineers and web development projects
- Strongproject management and multitaskingskills across cross-functional teams
- Excellentcommunication skills—you can explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding ofUX/UI principlesand web development processes
- CRO experience is required—you’ve worked withA/B testing, personalization, or website optimization
- Growth marketing experience (preferred)—includingpaid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies
- Familiarity withweb analytics toolsis a plus
- Agency or professional services experience (preferred)—you’re comfortable managing multiple clients
Compensation Range: 70-90K + Benefits
