Department: PMO, reports to Client Experience Director
Type: Full-Time · Permanent · Direct Hire
Location: 100 % Remote
Salary Range: Competitive; commensurate with experience + annual bonus eligibility
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator who thrives on turning moving pieces into predictable outcomes. In this role, you’ll keep projects on track, delight clients, and enable cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact cybersecurity and compliance services—fast.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously, tracking scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, scheduling, and issue escalation.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (project plans, action logs, meeting notes, reports).
- Facilitate regular stand-ups and status meetings with internal consultants, sales, and client stakeholders.
- Monitor task completion in Asana and ensure data hygiene for accurate resource and KPI reporting.
- Anticipate roadblocks, propose solutions, and drive prompt issue resolution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives—identify process gaps and help implement best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of project coordination experience—ideally in cybersecurity, IT, or consulting.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to build rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Nice to have:
- Project Management Professional ( PMP®) certification.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001) or compliance programs.
Mindset We Value
- Own outcomes—drive projects to completion without micromanagement.
- Stay calm under pressure and gracefully juggle shifting priorities.
- Approach problems proactively and look for a better way every time.
- Love structure, checklists, and keeping systems tidy and consistent.
- Serve the team—behind every client win is solid internal support.
- Bring positivity and a growth mindset for yourself and others.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary with annual bonus potential.
- 100 % remote work environment with flexible scheduling.
- Collaborative culture rooted in trust, humility, and innovation.
- Clear career path with structured performance reviews and EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) alignment.
- Coaching and mentorship from our Managing Director and senior leaders.
- Support for professional development—certifications, continuing education, and training.
- Quarterly virtual or in-person engagement events and team recognition programs.
- Flexible time-off policy to support work-life balance.
