Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the administration of IT rollout projects, ensuring seamless communication and thorough documentation throughout the process. This position requires excellent administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend all rollout meetings, taking accurate notes to ensure that all discussions, decisions, and action items are properly documented.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting summaries via email, including action items, deadlines, and to-dos to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accountability.
  • Prepare and generate quotes as required for various projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
  • Manage and process bulk upload requests for multiple rollout stores ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Handle hardware returns, including follow-up on return requests, to ensure proper resolution and thorough documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in an IT or technical environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant project management tools.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
