Job description
We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert. The work will be carried out in the company’s premises and remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated into the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team onsite.
Your tasks
Determine and document the project’s goals, deliverables, tasks, costs, and deadlines;
Assist in the creation of and adjustments to a detailed project plan outlining the scope, timeline, resources, quality and milestones;
Coordinate project events like workshops, trainings, and project board meetings;
Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance;
Maintain stakeholder engagement and communication.
University degree in IT or any relevant discipline, combined with professional experience of more than 6 years;
Extensive experience with project coordination and training procedures, preferably involving a recognised methodology;
Extensive experience with project management of digital/ICT-related projects;
Extensive experience with advanced MS Office and MS Project;
Extensive experience with independently perform tasks management in the Atlassian suite, Azure DevOps or similar software;
Experience with product/service planning and portfolio management;
Experience with risk and change management as well as relationship management;
Excellent command of the English language.
