Your role will be to manage the implementation of multiple and/or large-scale technology projects at country level securing required internal & external resources, coordinating project teams and mitigating risks.
Main Responsibilities:
Analyzing project requirements/ specifications and defining the project scope;
Developing estimates of resources and creating project schedule with support of Project Management Tools;
Facilitating the development of all elements of the project plans according to the project charter; engaging early the relevant stakeholders;
Maintaining & tracking the overall project plan, and task assignments;
Reporting project status to key stakeholders on a regular basis;
Using best-in-class project management techniques for risk mitigation, change requests, and issues initiating proper corrective/ preventive actions;
Keeping constantly updated and complete project documentation including project charter, time-plan, resource utilization, vendor contracts, purchase orders and progress reports;
Seeking opportunities for product and services improvement as well as new projects;
Facilitating the project evaluation and obtaining approval to close-out the project, documenting lessons learned.
3+ years of experience in IT industry as Project Manager from software vendor side, ideally in banking environment,
University degree in Information Technology or related field,
PMP/ Prince2 or AGILE certificate is an asset,
Working experience in international corporations and familiarity with corporate culture, policies, compliance and processes,
Advanced use of MS office applications.
