Location & Remote Work (adjust according to the needs of your job)

Our technology team works on the “remote-first” model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar’s offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the Area:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee strategic projects that enhance commercial tools and optimize sales team productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive the successful implementation of initiatives that create significant business impact.

Responsabilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of projects focused on improving commercial tools, ensuring they effectively enhance sales team efficiency and performance.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, product development, and technology, to align project objectives with business goals.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that all initiatives are strategically aligned and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.

  • Establish and maintain clear and effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring expectations are aligned and that key insights are shared throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Design and implement reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and performance-tracking tools to provide visibility into project progress and business impact.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing best practices.

  • Ensure that new commercial tools are seamlessly integrated into existing business processes, providing training and support to end users to maximize adoption and effectiveness

  • Has a strong background in project management, with proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Thrives in data-driven environments and is comfortable analyzing large datasets to drive decision-making.

  • Excels in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

  • Is adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic settings where priorities may shift.

  • Demonstrates resilience and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming challenges.

  • Takes ownership of results and is committed to driving meaningful impact.

  • Fluent oral and written English is required (expect to participate in meetings and produce content in English).

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with large databases and spreadsheets.

  • Experience with commercial tools, CRM platforms, and sales productivity solutions is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.

  • For non-Spanish speakers, basic Spanish knowledge is an advantage, or a willingness to learn, as both written and spoken Spanish may be used daily.
