YOUR MISSION

From the Brands Ads department we are looking for an experienced profile on the Media landscape that could lead our go-to-market approach with Marketing, Media and agencies team on 1P audiences strategies.

We are building the present and future of the retail media in +20 markets and we seek for someone with experience in both advertising and making things happen.ย  We collaborate with +100 brands ads-sales colleagues in developing local advertising strategies and you will play a major role in making their lives easier by providing a strategic vision on the media landscape.

THE JOURNEY

Your time will be distributed (but not limited!) into 3 main core responsibilities detailed below:

Responsible for new audiences monetization strategies

  • Lead the creation and execution of innovative audience monetization strategies (1P data collaboration, DSPs, CDPs)
  • Define the ‘how’, ‘who’, and ‘when’ for audience targeting and ad sales, ensuring scalability and adaptability across +20 markets.
  • Create and set clear guidelines for audience strategies to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all teams.

Stakeholder management and Processes implementation

  • Set and enforce clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for local commercial teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of advertising strategies.
  • Ensure the adoption of processes and actively support local teams in commercial pitches and new sales initiatives.
  • Educate all internal Glovo stakeholders on the different audience initiatives and project updates

Work towards Product/Data teams to enlarge offering capabilities

  • Be curious and proactive: Stay ahead of market trends by proposing and testing new initiatives that enhance our positioning within the retail media landscape.
  • Work closely with Product and Data teams to enhance advertising capabilities and integrate with major Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs)

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • A higher education in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or Advertising
  • 5-8 years of professional work experience on Media Agencies or CPG Media teams, Publishers or DSPs.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Advertising or experience in the Online Video/.
  • Experience working on FMCG/CPG in a plus
  • Get things done attitude, proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
  • Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgments when necessary
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience in managing end-to-end projects with relevant stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI
  • (Nice to have) Demonstrated proficiency in working with clean & optimized SQL and python, querying mid to large volumes of data.
