Founded in 2000, we’re an engineering services firm. We offer innovation, product development, and manufacturing support. We help clients who need to complete projects but lack the staff, skills, or time.

We provide two main types of services: staffing and consulting. With staffing, we can place contract experts on client teams or recruit direct hires for specific roles. For consulting, we build our cross-functional teams to manage entire projects.

Our team has over 100 experts, working with Fortune 500 companies, suppliers, and independent inventors. Our expertise ranges from industrial design, market research, and mechanical engineering to manufacturing, automation, and electronics. We work across industries like automotive, office furniture, alternative energy, consumer goods, agribusiness, industrial, and medical products. We also assist clients with IT asset disposition (ITAD) and supply chain solutions.

We offer employees a base salary plus incentive compensation with uncapped upside potential. Remote work is also an option for some roles.
