Job description
The Project Specialist will help identify, advance, and communicate objectives to the Customer Success Office team, and to deploy project management tools to track progress across internal and external workstreams and drive said workstreams to successful execution across all lines of business. This position requires experience in value-based care,specifically with project management experience and comfortable working in a cross-functional team. This role works with both internal partners, necessitating strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Primary Duties:
- Working within a team environment to ensure projects stay on track by engaging appropriate stakeholders, assisting in completing administrative coordination both within the CSO team and other departments.
- Maintaining and SOPs, Monday boards, and team calendars.
- Identifying resource constraints, risks, and conflicts with potential impact to project deliverables, and escalating to appropriate team members.
- Managing projects to completion while balancing multiple, simultaneous priorities across varying stakeholders.
- Monitoring delivery progress and determining if teams have the bandwidth, skills, and tools to execute work according to the current project plan.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional leads to manage project scope, plan resources, maintain schedules, and facilitate communication.
- Customer Success Office related project meetings (agenda, scheduling, presentation, notes/follow-up actions capturing, etc.)
- Ensuring team members, project teams, and field teams understand project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Supporting the Customer Success Office Team and Provider Network Field Teams through successful implementation and completion of Customer Success Office related projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of progressive value-based care and Customer Success Office adjustment experience
- Have experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to successfully manage projects toward completion, coordinating and collaborating across multiple projects and teams
- Willingness to travel as needed to Aledade’s headquarters or markets
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification preferred
- Understanding and having experience with Tableau, Miro, Jira, Monday.com, and Google Suite
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
