We develop and operate energy and data center infrastructure, specializing in co-locating industrial demand with dedicated hybrid-power generation. We deliver these solutions for AI data centers and other industrial users, supplementing the grid by using gas and renewable power onsite. Our large-scale projects emphasize clean energy. Founded in 2016, we have partnered with Google, which is set to acquire us on December 22, 2025. We also partnered with Tesla to secure 17.7 GWh of Tesla Megapacks, and with First Solar through a multi-billion dollar commitment to American-made technology for the domestic energy supply chain.
