This project introduces an advanced self-service chatbot application specifically designed for the airline industry. The solution aims to significantly enhance the customer experience by providing immediate and efficient support for various flight-related inquiries.
The application is built on robust and scalable architecture, leveraging modern cloud-native technologies:
- Backend is developed using a .NET Core microservices architecture. This approach ensures scalability, resilience, and independent deployment of individual services.
- Frontend & Conversation Flow are powered by the Cognigy AI platform. Cognigy is a leading framework for developing sophisticated conversational (chat) flows, enabling intuitive and effective customer interactions.
Job responsibilities
Following and applying the latest practices in AI app development (LLM prompting, RAG, Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, MCP, and A2A protocols…).
Stay updated on industry trends and tools to improve prompt engineering techniques continuously.
Experiment with prompt structures to enhance model accuracy and ensure responses align with business objectives.
Migrating NLU-based solution (user intent-based chatbot app) to agentic architecture.
Collaborate with business analysts, software developers, data scientists, UX designers, quality assurance.
Generative AI understanding, developing conversational AI agents and flows that include integration with backend APIs.
Document prompt design principles, best practices, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Understanding of conversational AI concepts, NLP/NLU processing, and LLM models.
Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or training AI models.
Experience developing agentic architectures with Cognigy.AI framework or similar conversational AI platforms would be a big asset.
Ability to analyze large datasets and conversation logs to improve AI responses.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and API integration.
Strong communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
