We were founded in 1996, evolving from youngculture, enjoy.ing, and NSM Engineering. We build and manage dedicated software teams that deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Our focus is on AI-powered modernization, compliance, and security.\n\nOur services include:\n* Custom Software Engineering, which develops digital products from proof of concept to production.\n* AI Refactoring for Modernization, where we use AI to update and future-proof tech stacks and legacy systems.\n* Cybersecurity & Compliance, which protects digital assets with proactive security solutions and ensures software meets standards like GDPR, EU AI Act, ISO, SOC 2, and DORA, along with other industry-specific certifications.\n* Augmented Teams, providing talent matching and flexible scaling, with an emphasis on compliance and security, and using AI to modernize tech stacks.
