Capio Group is looking for a Prompt Engineering – Data Analyst!
Full-time employee - Remote
Hourly - $20 - $25/hr

Scope of Work:
Capio Group is looking for a Prompt Engineering – Data Analyst to work alongside our Business Development team to collect, process, and perform statistical analyses , and also build AI solution with ChatGPT and python scripts. Data Analyst is expected to use their skills in mathematics, statistics, and programming to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to help the organization make data-driven decisions. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of data analysis principles, technical proficiency, and effective communication skills. As a Prompt Engineering – Data Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with professionals from various backgrounds and contribute to real-world projects. The work environment emphasizes creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
The Prompt Engineering – Data Analyst will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Create weekly and monthly reports delivered via google spreadsheets.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.
- Assist in the development of algorithms and models to use in data analysis.
- Develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to the teams in the organization.
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Capture opportunity data for all sources (leads, master contracts, publicly available, etc.
- Develop efficient, modular Python scripts using libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, etc., for data analysis and transformation within Google Colab.
- Integrate Python workflows with OpenAI’s ChatGPT (GPT-3.5, 4, 4o, 4.1) using APIs to build AI-powered analytical tools.
- Engineer and optimize prompts to minimize token usage while maintaining analytical accuracy.
- Automate and streamline data pipelines to reduce runtime and improve overall performance.
- Apply optimization techniques to reduce API cost, latency, and runtime.
- Build end-to-end analytics workflows using Python, machine learning, and visualization tools.
Mandatory Experience:
- Must have two(2) years of experience working with large datasets and databases.
- Must have two(2) years of knowledge in machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Must have two(2)years of experience with Excel sheets, Google sheets & Data analytics.
- Must have two(2) to five(5) years of experience in Python scripting for data processing, API integration, and performance optimization.
- Must have three(3) months of experience with prompt engineering and optimization for GPT models (o-3, 4o, 4.1), focusing on accuracy, token efficiency, and latency reduction.
- Must have three(3) months of experience with hands-on integration of ChatGPT API with Python in cloud-based environments like Google Colab and Jupyter.
- Must have one(1) year of experience in data extraction, reporting, and automation in CRM tools such as Insightly and Salesforce.
- Must have at least two(2) years of experience with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization using charts.
- Must have three(3) months of experience with applied machine learning for classification, forecasting, and trend analysis in analytical workflows.
Desirable Experience:
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with current Data and ChatGPT related technologies.
- Experience creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
