Job Description

Role Mission:

The mission of the Qualitative Moderator is to provide high quality moderation and deliverables on qualitative projects for both Med Planet and sister companies within the M3 group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Conducting market research studies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, OTC, medical technology & diagnostics
  • Project management, client briefing, discussion guide/ questionnaire creation, execution of individual interviews and group discussions
  • Conception, preparation and presentation of results reports
  • Cooperation with an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Extensive professional experience (at least 3 years) in market research, ideally in the medical field

Knowledge, Skill, Ability:

  • Candidate will preferably have experience with a range of market research projects
  • The candidate must be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The candidate must multi-task and can work well under pressure
  • The candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • The candidate has fluent English and French skills, both written and spoken
  • The candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • This candidate is expected to demonstrate enthusiasm and pride in constantly improving the quality of our services
  • The candidate must have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet departmental objectives
