Job description
We currently have a vacancy for a Quality Assurance Engineer (ServiceNow) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely within EU. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clientโs IT team on site.
Your tasks
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test reports specific to ServiceNow implementations;
Set up and manage Quality Assurance processes related to system design, development, and testing for operations;
Review project artefacts, including process documentation, design documents, and configuration details;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and incorporate review feedback.
University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in IT;
Minimum 7 years of experience using a disciplined approach for planning, designing, executing and reporting on software testing;
Minimum 4 years of experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps to support software testing;
Minimum 4 years of experience working in an Agile software development environment;
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing, including standard and custom modules;
Strong experience with Manual testing;
Experience with several types of software testing (e.g. functional, performance, security, etc.);
The following certification would be considered as an advantage: ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board);
Excellent command of the English language.
