Responsibilities
- CRM & Lead Management (Agent Locator or similar):
- Input and maintain accurate client data, leads, and open house visitors into the CRM system.
- Create and manage automated drip campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Tag and categorize contacts based on engagement level and lead status.
- Perform regular database audits to clean out inactive, duplicate, or outdated contacts.
- Track lead activity and flag high-priority opportunities.
- Appointment & Follow-Up Coordination:
- Book and confirm appointments for showings, buyer/seller consults, and client calls.
- Assist with email or text-based follow-ups for active leads.
- Monitor schedules and ensure timely communication with prospects and clients.
- Support Lead Generation (Optional but valued)
- Research and identify potential leads from online sources or social platforms.
- Enter newly identified prospects into the CRM with appropriate tags.
Qualifications
- Experience with Agent Locator or similar real estate CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail, especially with data entry and contact tagging.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools and automations.
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal).
- Self-starter who works well independently and proactively follows up on tasks.

- Agent Locator (or equivalent CRM)
- Email platforms like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign (an asset, not required)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
