We are growing our Consumer Goods practice! We have clients in the retail, fashion and consumer goods sector currently looking for a Fullcycle Recruiters with industry experience and knowledge.

One of our clients is in the fashion retail space and is in need of a recruiter with previous experience working for a fashion company. This role is contract  (three months, but could go longer) and remote. Responsibilities include:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the fashion industry - roles may include merchant & corporate roles
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment activities
  • Serve as a talent partner to hiring managers and the HR team

Qualifications

  • Previous experience recruiting for a fashion retail company
  • Located in the EST time zone (required)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in retail recruitment, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Passion for fashion and understanding of current industry trends
