What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end analysis of recruiting data, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support recruiting leaders and drive process improvement

  • Conduct regular audits of recruiting data to ensure integrity, compliance, and accuracy across systems

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, and People Analytics teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support tool implementation and data enhancements

  • Act as a data consultant for recruiters and recruiting leaders—helping interpret analytics to inform day-to-day operations

  • Capture recruitment requirements, create project plans, and contribute to key strategic initiatives

  • Make recommendations on recruiting productivity metrics and help define success indicators across sourcing, interviewing, and hiring pipelines

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations or talent analytics, preferably within a tech-driven organization

  • Solid experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or equivalent platforms

  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, and Gem AI (or similar systems) is highly desirable

  • In-depth understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and related metrics

  • Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking—solving problems and scaling operations with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience

Why Work With Sustainable Talent?

  • Flexible, remote-first work environment

  • Professional development and impactful work with cutting-edge clients

  • A values-based culture rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion

  • Exposure to a fast-paced global tech environment with opportunities to make real change
