Regional Sales Manager
We’re looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in top medspa markets by converting high-revenue, established locations into Moxie partners. This is an outbound-heavy, full-cycle sales role where you’ll be responsible for sourcing, managing, and closing opportunities independently.
You’ll also be stepping into a strategic role in shaping how we grow within enterprise medspa markets — working closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, and Product to ensure we’re capturing the right opportunities and learning fast.
You’ll be one of the early hires on our outbound sales team, bringing momentum and structure to how we sell into high-value, high-touch segments. If you thrive in consultative sales and care about empowering entrepreneurs, you’ll feel right at home.
Our objectives for the role
Build pipeline and close deals with high-revenue medspa operators through outbound sales.
Position Moxie as a high-value strategic partner that helps medspa owners grow and simplify their operations.
Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and independent business owners.
Deepen territory presence through events, referrals, and consistent outreach.
Leverage social media to build trust, drive referrals, and expand your presence within the medspa community.
Contribute field insights, help shape sales process improvements, and mentor peers as the team scales.
We’re looking for:
Industry acumen and curiosity. You understand — or want to understand — how medspa owners think about profitability, growth, and operations.
Full-cycle sales chops. You’ve independently sourced, managed, and closed deals, especially in outbound-heavy environments.
Strategic communication. You position products in terms of business value and outcomes, not just features.
Pipeline and territory discipline. You manage your book with precision, keep CRM clean, and forecast with accuracy.
Team-first mindset. You grow from feedback, coach others when ready, and want to shape a high-performing sales culture.
Location
We are currently only hiring candidates who reside in Florida, California, Texas, or Illinois.
While this role is primarily remote, it requires up to 25% travel—primarily within your assigned territory for prospecting, relationship-building, and local events, with occasional travel to industry events outside of your region.
