Role: Relationship Manager
Salary: $80,000 - 90,000
Location: Remote (U.S.-based) with domestic travel to client sites as needed and international travel 1 time per year

The Role:
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our U.S.-based clients. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, driving proactive communication, setting expectations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new offshore hires. The Relationship Manager will serve as the bridge between our U.S. clients and our offshore delivery teams, ensuring we meet client goals and continually improve based on feedback.
What Youβll Do:
- Provide an unparalleled level of service, acting with urgency and empathy to resolve challenges and fortify client partnerships.
- Serve as the account liaison for a portfolio of U.S. clients using Onnyt offshore talent
- Conduct virtual and in-person onboarding meetings, setting clear expectations with clients
- Travel to client sites periodically to strengthen relationships and proactively address issues
- Present sales, kickoff decks and onboarding documentation
- Monitor account health, flag at-risk placements, and coordinate with internal teams to course-correct
- Partner with recruiting and operations to align candidates with client needs and timelines
- Respond to structured client feedback loops (e.g., NPS reviews, client check-ins)
- Support escalation management, documentation, and reporting
- Represent Onnyt during annual international visits (e.g., Philippines or Colombia office visits)
What You Bring:
- 3β5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship-based roles
- Experience in staffing, BPO, or professional services preferred
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable presenting, leading meetings, and navigating complex client dynamics
- Willingness to travel domestically 4 times per year and internationally 1 time per year
- Familiarity with property management or community association management a plus
Compensation:
- Salary range: $80,000 β $90,000, depending on experience
- Bonus eligibility based on client satisfaction and retention
