We are expanding our team of highly qualified experts for agile testing. For this purpose, we are looking for a test management consultant for a permanent position with our renowned customers in German-speaking countries.
Trimetis GFB IT-Consulting has been a professional and reliable partner for companies from a wide range of industries in the field of quality assurance and software testing in IT projects for over 25 years. Our software quality assurance services include Test Consulting & Automation, Test Data Management and Test Management & Managed Testing.
Your tasks / responsibilities
Together with business units and application development, you handle the project from the requirements to the implementation and project-specific test and acceptance processes
You take responsibility and support further development of our test strategy. Thereby you manage test concepts, trainings and tool selection
You are responsible for planning, coordination and tracking of all test activities including evaluation and documentation of test results and deviations as well as liaison between development and the requesting party
You advise and support the selection of testing methods and are the contact person for all questions regarding test management
You keep an eye on optimization possibilities and supervise the setup of test automation solutions
Requirements
What we expect from you
- You have good IT skills based on a technical or scientific degree or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in test management
- You like to learn and enjoy getting to know and familiarizing yourself with a variety of systems and technologies
- You have experience with test management, reporting and risk management tools
- Understanding of software and application development and delivery processes
- Very good customer orientation and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of build management and deployment of applications and tools to support these tasks
- Hands-on, multi-year experience in planning and managing tasks and resources
- ISTQB-AL test manager certification is an added nice-to-have
- Communication skills: You speak German fluently and have a good command of English
