We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
What you’ll do
Source senior level, highly specialist candidates for leading global businesses, covering the European, CIS and International markets
Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients.
Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Communicate with clients efficiently about positions, processes, candidates and other topics
Requirements
5+ years of Non-IT and IT recruitment experience.
At least 2 years experience on communication with clients
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype).
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for non IT and IT roles.
Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.
Ability to work in fast paced and Dynamic environment.
Nice to have
Experience working in a scaling tech organization.
Strong communication in Uzbek
Knowledge of the Uzbek Talent Market
