You will be accountable for the smooth and effective operation of all customer research at Booksy.
You will manage our research infrastructure, ensuring we have the best tools and services in place, and enabling access, training and guardrails for their use.
You will directly support non-researchers with appropriate guidelines and protocols.
You will support participant recruitment and incentives, and ensure that we give our research participants a best-in-class experience.
You will work with our legal team to ensure the highest standards of legal compliance, privacy, and ethics in research.
You will lead our knowledge management effort, to ensure that research and insights are consistently accessible, useful and well-organised.
This is a fully remote position, we take pride in being a globally distributed team.
