By 2026, we will be delivering 2 million simulations per year.

The Role

As the Revenue Operations Lead, you will build, optimize, and manage the systems, processes, and analytics that enable our teams with visibility into data in order to to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and execute with precision.

This role is ideal for a data-driven, process-oriented self-starter who thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments and enjoys tackling complex revenue challenges with both strategic vision and hands-on execution.

The compensation range for this role is between $110,000 - $150,000 base salary, plus eligibility for annual bonus and options.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy

  • Develop and implement scalable revenue operations processes that align with company and department goals.
  • Partner with leadership to drive GTM strategy, optimize revenue processes, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline management processes, ensuring visibility and accuracy in revenue performance.
  • Optimize lead management, sales workflows, and handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
  • Manage lead assignment, AE account book design, and sales rules of engagement to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support sales compensation planning by providing data-driven insights and ensuring alignment with revenue objectives.

Technology, Data, and Vendor Management

  • Own & optimize the revenue tech stack—HubSpot CRM (required), ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn SavesNavigator, Co-efficient, and other GTM tools.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and hygiene, establishing best practices for data accuracy and compliance.
  • Leverage analytics to provide actionable insights for pipeline optimization, retention strategies, and revenue forecasting.
  • Manage reporting and dashboarding to provide real-time visibility into revenue performance and team effectiveness.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including recommendation, preliminary negotiation, implementation, upkeep and renewal of revenue technology tools.

Enablement & Process Optimization

  • Enable Sales & GTM teams with training, tools, and insights that improve productivity and execution.
  • Support enablement and training initiatives, ensuring proper adoption of tools, processes, and reporting best practices.
  • Enhance sales and renewal forecasting to support strategic planning and growth acceleration.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM functions in high-growth SaaS or B2B companies.
  • Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM—administration, optimization, and best practices (required).
  • Experience managing and integrating GTM tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIN SalesNavigator, Coefficient, GSuite, etc.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Highly process-oriented mindset with experience streamlining GTM workflows and automation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, aligning Sales, Marketing, and CS around shared goals.
  • Hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment focused on growth.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including software procurement and implementation.
  • Bonus: Experience with SQL, Python, or scripting tools for automation.
