  • Lead Generation Optimization: Analyze and optimize lead generation workflows, ensuring that business development and consultant relations teams have effective, actionable data to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Consultant Relations teams to ensure that top-of-funnel efforts are aligned with overall revenue goals. Share insights and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead strategic projects focused on improving lead generation processes, ensuring that initiatives to expand client bases, engage consultants, and drive revenue growth are well-supported.
  • CRM Management: Own the management and optimization of CRM tools, including Salesforce, ensuring that lead and opportunity data is accurately tracked and optimized for reporting and workflow efficiency.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales and consultant relations teams to implement and manage tools and systems that enhance lead generation, outreach efficiency, and process automation.
  • Revenue Growth Initiatives: Contribute to and help execute on strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth, including refining business development strategies and consultant engagement practices.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, business development operations, or a similar role, ideally within a high-growth startup environment. Experience in SaaS or healthcare is a plus.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to improve top-of-funnel efforts.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar). Ability to manage and optimize CRM tools for lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong skills in building relationships with teams across sales, marketing, business development, and consultant relations.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting insights, recommendations, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Growth Mindset: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.

What we would love to see:

  • AI/Automation Expertise: Experience leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automation tools to optimize lead generation, outreach workflows, and improve overall efficiency in top-of-funnel activities. We are particularly interested in individuals who have used AI to streamline sales processes, enhance data accuracy, and reduce manual tasks.
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing Automation Tools: Familiarity with modern sales enablement platforms, particularly those that incorporate AI-driven features such as lead scoring, outreach sequencing, and dynamic reporting.
