Join us and be a part of shaping the future of manufacturing and product innovation.

Who we’re looking for:

As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable product development. We’re looking for innovative, driven RevOps Analysts who are passionate about technology and sustainability to join us in building tools that enable companies to make smarter, more responsible decisions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals, contribute to cutting-edge projects, and help drive the digital transformation of industries worldwide. If you’re ready to make an impact and contribute to meaningful change, we want to hear from you!

This role is a fixed, permanent position. All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process Automation & Workflow Optimization

    • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using HubSpot and AI to streamline processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

    • Set up and optimize HubSpot workflows to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.

  • System Administration & Configuration

    • Administer and configure HubSpot to support revenue operations, including managing user roles, pipelines, and integrations.

    • Ensure smooth operation across the entire customer journey, from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Data Integrity & System Integration

    • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness across all revenue systems (e.g., HubSpot, CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms).

    • Manage the flow of pipeline and revenue data between systems, ensuring seamless integration and synchronization.

  • Reporting & Analytics

    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into the end-to-end revenue pipeline.

    • Create consistent and reliable reporting structures that paint a clear picture for the leadership team on a weekly basis.

    • Support investor reporting by delivering accurate and insightful data analysis.

  • Revenue Intelligence & Insights

    • Analyze performance across the entire revenue funnel to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

    • Use data to uncover insights that drive better decision-making and accelerate revenue growth.

  • Cross-Functional Support & Communication

    • Act as the primary data and analytics partner for Finance and Revenue teams.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align systems, processes, and reporting around shared business goals.

  • Process Improvement & Optimization

    • Identify and implement improvements to optimize revenue processes, improve efficiency, and support scale.

    • Continuously assess and enhance operational workflows to align with growth objectives.

  • Governance & Quality Assurance

    • Uphold standards for data quality, including routine audits and maintenance to ensure information remains current and actionable.

    • Establish guidelines and best practices for data entry, workflow management, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflow creation, automation, and system configuration (not just Salesforce).

  • HubSpot Certification is required (e.g., HubSpot Operations Software, Marketing Hub, or similar).

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a solid understanding of revenue pipelines, customer journeys, and GTM motions.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis functions.

  • Experience working with data platforms, preferably ValueWorks or similar business intelligence tools.

  • Familiarity with go-to-market tools, such as Gong, ZoomInfo, and others supporting Sales, Marketing, and CS operations.

  • Ideally based in Berlin or able to work in Central European Time (CET).

  • Advantage: Proven use of Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) over the past 12 months to automate tasks, create workflows, or drive operational efficiency.

  • Demonstrated track record of improving business processes in previous roles, with measurable outcomes.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and its integration with HubSpot and other RevOps systems.

  • Experience with investor reporting and communicating data insights to senior leadership.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary – We reward your skills and experience with a compensation package that reflects your value.

  • 30 Days Paid Time Off – Take the time you need to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

  • Remote-First Flexibility – Work from anywhere in the EU, with the option to collaborate in person at our offices in Stuttgart, Berlin (role dependent).

  • Choose Your Ideal Work Equipment – Whether you prefer Apple or Microsoft, we’ll equip you with the tools you need to excel.

The Experience:

  • Purpose-Driven Work – Build something meaningful. Here, you’re not just creating another app; you’re contributing to a transformative vision that you can be proud of.

  • Great Colleagues – Join a team that’s open, transparent, and international. We value inclusivity and foster a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
