Marketing Operations Manager

Job description

About Haus

Haus is a marketing science platform that helps brands measure and maximize the business impact of their marketing spend with scientific precision. Over $360B spent annually on paid advertising in the US alone, and the famous quote “half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don’t know which half” still rings true. Haus helps marketers identify which half, and re-allocate it to maximize growth.

Haus was built by a team of former product managers, economists, and engineers from Google, Netflix, Meta, and others to make high-quality decision science accessible to businesses of all sizes. By automating the heavy lifting of experiment design, data processing, and insights generation, we empower our customers to make more profitable, data-driven decisions. We hear our customers frequently rave about our product, for example “we’ve seen north of 10x ROI on our annual investment in Haus in the first 2 months alone.”

Haus is on a hypergrowth trajectory, well-capitalized, and backed by top-tier VCs including Insight Partners, Baseline Ventures, Haystack, and others. We’re honored that Haus has once again been recognized and has made the list for 2025’s exceptional startups!

What You’ll Do

Haus is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations tools and processes, coupled with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data and present them clearly. You will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing funnel, improving data integrity, and providing key insights to inform strategic decisions across the revenue organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Operations Vision - Own and operate our MarTech stack, ensuring scalable architecture, clean data capture, and consistent performance tagging. Define, document, and enforce operational cadences across marketing—covering campaign execution, reporting, lead management, and data QA. Develop a clear roadmap for incorporating AI into marketing workflows, emphasizing automation, process efficiency, and measurement consistency.
  • MarTech Stack Ownership - Manage the full MarTech ecosystem including Hubspot, enrichment tools (Clay), attribution platforms (HockeyStack), routing (Chilipiper), and reporting (Tableau). Ensure tool governance, data flow accuracy, and system reliability across the funnel.
  • Lead Lifecycle & Funnel Management - Define and operationalize lead routing, scoring, and management processes in partnership with Sales and RevOps. Maintain SLAs for lead follow-up, pipeline handoff, and lifecycle stage progression to drive pipeline velocity.
  • Performance Tagging & Campaign Enablement - Own tracking architecture—implementing UTM frameworks, tagging protocols, and source attribution models to ensure campaign tracking accuracy across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Data Quality & Governance - Ensure ongoing data hygiene, enrichment, and normalization processes to maintain clean, actionable datasets for reporting and outbound activity. Oversee GDPR/CCPA compliance for marketing data operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics - Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks across marketing KPIs—pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC, velocity metrics, channel performance, and ROI. Drive quarterly and annual planning processes with data-backed insights.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment - Serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance teams. Facilitate process alignment, shared KPI frameworks, and end-to-end funnel transparency across GTM functions.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations or Marketing Analyst role, preferably in a startup/B2B SaaS business. Hands-on experience as a Marketing operator is a plus.
  • Expertise with Hubspot (marketing automation) and Salesforce (CRM).
  • High Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Preference for candidates with analytical and BI tooling experience (e.g., Tableau)
  • Preference for candidates with experience instrumenting AI-tooling into Marketing workflows (e.g., Clay, ChatGPT, Copy.ai
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
