Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various client projects and ensure the delivery of exceptional service levels.
  • Coordinate and oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple sectors.
  • Establish strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition needs.
  • Supervise and mentor recruitment teams, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
  • Implement best practices and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance the efficiency of the RPO model.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of recruitment processes through regular feedback and evaluation.
  • Manage client relationships, ongoing communication, and reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in recruitment trends and compliance.
  • Potential domestic and international travel to support client engagements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in an RPO environment.
  • Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and processes successfully.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
