Sales Development Representative (Remote – Full Time)
$4,000 Base + Commission | OTE $6,000–$8,000+

About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel for our remote sales team at eCom Babes.
This is a full-time, remote role with base pay + commission, focused on qualifying inbound leads and consistently booking high-quality calls into our closers’ calendars. You’ll be expected to take full ownership of CRM hygiene, pipeline movement, and daily output.
We’re not looking for someone to send a few texts and log off. This role is for someone who knows how to organize, prioritize, and maximize pipeline efficiency to generate consistent revenue opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Manage, re-engage, and qualify inbound leads through SMS, calls, voice notes, and CRM follow-up
Own your pipeline: organize daily outreach and ensure consistent follow-through
Book high-intent, high-quality sales calls into the team calendar
Identify buyer readiness, objections, and disqualifiers quickly
Track activity, update CRM, and report progress daily
Collaborate with sales manager and closers to improve show-up and close rates
Meet or exceed weekly performance KPIs
What We’re Looking For
2+ years experience in a full-time SDR, phone setter, or appointment-setting role (required)
Background in high-ticket coaching, consulting, or digital programs
Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication
Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Close.io, Hubspot, etc.)
Consistent availability during U.S. business hours (EST/PST)
Proven ability to manage high lead volume and meet booking targets
Serious about performance, process, and personal accountability
Compensation
$4,000/month base salary
Commission on booked & qualified calls
On-Target Earnings: $6,000–$8,000/month
Paid biweekly
Long-term growth path into senior SDR, or team lead roles
