Role: Sales Development Representative

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours

Job Type: Independent Contractor, Full-time

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, US-based or overlapping with US business hours.

Locations: Remote, open to candidates in the Philippines

Role Overview:

As a full-time Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth strategy. Your main focus will be outbound prospecting and early lead qualification using multiple channels.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify possible clients

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn, and phone calls

  • Book discovery meetings with qualified leads

  • Maintain and update the CRM

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

  • Previous experience as a B2B SDR

  • Confident in making cold calls and following up persistently

  • Proficient in LinkedIn, CRM systems, and Teams

  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment
