How will you contribute to Skroutz vision
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team. As a Sales Development Representative you will be exploring new opportunities for collaboration with businesses who are interested in adding a new sales channel to their sales plan. You will interact with local and international merchants from inbound & outbound sources and fuel the Account Executive team with leads.
What you will be doing
Reach out to prospects by email and phone
Qualify inbound & generate outbound leads
Create a positive first impression with our prospects and customers by providing a world class experience
Log sales activity and monitor performance
2+ years of work experience in ฮ2ฮ sales, preferably in a process-driven team environment
Romanian & Greek native-like language & Excellent English command is a must
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High energy, self starter and a positive attitude
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively
Patience, empathy and persistence in a customer-facing context
Diligence and enthusiasm; you appreciate quality and deliver it on a daily basis
Team spirit; you seriously care about what you do and appreciate collaborating with your colleagues
Bachelor degree will be considered a plus
