Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and promoting the foreign exchange products and services.

This role also involves staying informed on global financial markets and currency trends, as well, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Promote and sell forex trading products and services to retail and/or institutional clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with the trading and research teams to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global financial markets and currency trends.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience related to Account Acquisition, Account Management, and B2C.

  • Background in forex sales, financial services, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of FX markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English.

Advantageous

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Existing client portfolio in the FX or financial services industry.
  • Certifications such as CFA, CMT, or relevant regulatory licenses.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
