We develop ALEX®, benefits software designed to help people make better decisions about their benefits. ALEX uses claims data, behavioral science, and guidance to recommend benefits. It helps employees choose health plans, explore voluntary benefits, and understand life changes. Our goal is to make benefits less confusing. Over 1,500 organizations use ALEX.

Our products include ALEX, ALEX Home, and MyALEXHealth, an early-stage Medicare product. They aim to reduce decision stress and help users find the right plan. ALEX helps with onboarding, open enrollment, benefits communication, Medicare, and retirement planning. We also offer a leave of absence management solution through Aidora. ALEX users save an average of 47% more in their HSAs than the national average. 52% of employees report a better understanding of their benefits with ALEX.

We specialize in benefits communication, retirement education, employee engagement, and decision support for health plans like HSAs and HDHPs. Our SaaS platform also covers financial wellness, total rewards, open enrollment, onboarding, and new hire education, all in a mobile-friendly format. Our data infrastructure uses technologies like Airflow, Parquet, S3, and dimensional modeling.
