This position can be based remotely in any of our approved hiring regions. Our hybrid distributed workforce philosophy allows us to find the best talent in the country and build diverse teams, while allowing our colleagues to work from the location that works best for them. The Role
Kiavi is searching for a Sales Operations Analyst who can support all aspects of the day-to-day Sales function. This role is a mix of direct sales rep support, data integrity, tactical task execution, and task automation. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented and comfortable getting in the weeds, but is always looking for ways to create efficiencies. You will join a team of stellar Sales and Marketing Operations analysts, and work closely with Sales Representatives, Sales Leaders, Marketing, and Cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and Ops Console user support, addressing and resolving questions from the sales team.
- Own daily, weekly and monthly “Run the Business” operations, such as lead/account assignment, data integrity updates, email triaging, and report building
- Identify areas for improvement, optimize current tasks, and automate manual processes to enhance efficiency. We are always looking to reduce manual work.
- Act as the first line of defense for production support bugs and feature feedback, filing Jira tickets on behalf of the sales team and escalating as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all sales processes and Run the Business tasks.
- Actively learn about the “build” side of SalesOps, assisting with field creation, Flows, page layouts, and list views when possible.
- Assist in new sales tool setup, training, rollout, onboarding, and adoption monitoring.
- Create and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to monitor pipeline health, data integrity, and key performance indicators in Salesforce.
- Support the hygiene and administration of Salesforce through routine data clean-ups and report notifications.
- Execute quarterly projects aimed at elevating sales team efficiency and efficacy.
- Assist in building out Salesforce tools for the New Construction team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years experience in a Sales Operations capacity
- Experience using Salesforce
- Highly detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple work streams, and juggle multiple projects
- Strong analytical skills, thrives in a data rich environment
- Experience collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, sales reps, and cross functional teams
- Able to create thorough documentation of work
Kiavi takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Work locations are categorized into one of three tiers based on cost of labor for that geographic area. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Region 1 - $88,300 - $119,500 + 5% bonus benefits
Region 2 - $79,700 - $107,900 + 5% bonus benefits
Region 3 - $72,600 - $98,200 + 5% bonus + benefits

- Remote Work Policy: Kiavi supports working remotely for day to day activities for most roles and occasionally may ask employees to gather in person for key meetings, trainings, team building etc. For remote workers, Kiavi offers a one-time office setup reimbursement of up to $500 and a monthly $85 stipend for internet and phone expenses. For in-office workers, Kiavi offers employer contributions to commuter benefits account, either for parking or public transportation.
- Flexible Time Off: Employees are empowered to manage their own time off, with no strict limits, as long as it’s approved by their manager.
- Paid Leaves: Up to 8 weeks of paid leave for medical or caregiver purposes, and 12 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave. Short-term disability leave is also available for birthing mothers.
- 401(k) & Company Match: A 401(k) plan managed by Fidelity, with Kiavi matching 100% of contributions up to 3% of compensation or $6,000 (whichever is less). All employer contributions are immediately vested.
