The Sales Operations Specialist will optimize sales processes and provide essential support to the sales team. Key responsibilities include analyzing workflows, implementing improvements, and ensuring the team has the necessary tools and resources. This role also involves creating impactful presentations and coordinating the Brazil sales team’s activities to ensure alignment and efficiency.

• Fluent in English is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations or operational support roles, preferably within a sales environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) and design tools (e.g., Canva) to create professional sales materials.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and support.
• Familiarity with the Brazilian market and cultural nuances.
