Role Overview
The Sales Portfolio Lead plays a key role in bridging the gap between initial prospecting and successful real estate acquisition or disposition. This role involves owning the lead qualification process, managing sales follow-ups, and ensuring warm leads are effectively transferred to closers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality touchpoints with potential clients, maintaining organized sales pipelines, and increasing conversion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming leads until they are qualified and ready for acquisition or disposition.
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and CRM workflows to nurture, qualify, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM system (Go High Level).
- Coordinate with Acquisitions and Disposition Managers to ensure seamless lead handoffs.
- Track performance metrics and provide weekly updates to leadership.
- Identify and troubleshoot lead drop-off points, recommending process improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Monitor the entire sales transaction process, from lead engagement to contract signing, ensuring a continuous and gap-free pipeline.
Non-Negotiables:
- 2+ years in a Lead Manager, Inside Sales, or Sales Coordinator role—preferably in real estate or a high-volume sales environment.
- Proven experience managing CRM tools (e.g., Go High Level, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and comfort making warm calls and handling objections.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up discipline and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with real estate investing or wholesaling.
Experience working in a remote sales or fast-paced startup environment.
Knowledge of tools like Five9, LinkedIn, Bolto, or similar prospecting platforms.
