WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients in the fintech and payments industry;
  • Support lead generation activities through research, outreach, and prospecting via various channels;
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate business development activities;
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients;
  • Work closely with senior business development managers to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets;
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
  • Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention;
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, compliance, and technical departments, to support client onboarding and service delivery;
  • Regularly attend the conferences.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or fintech-related roles is a great plus;
  • Strong interest in fintech, payments, and the PSP industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow;
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends;
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus;
  • Fluency in russian and English.
