Founded in 2013, we offer enterprise software solutions for the wireless retail industry. Formerly known as Realtime Technologies, we developed our SaaS platform to help wireless retailers manage rising customer expectations and the complexities of point-of-sale and in-store operations.
We serve telecom operators, retail stores, independent dealers, master dealers, and MVNOs. Our solutions are used in over 14,000 retail locations across the US, its territories, and Canada. Our product suite includes RTPOS (point-of-sale and activation), RTPAY (in-store payments platform), RTBDI (business intelligence dashboard), RTVSA (virtual sales companion), and RTME (employee performance management). We also provide inventory management, frontline employee management and engagement tools, and digital automation. Our technology, teams, and data center infrastructure are all US-based.
In 2022, we acquired InComm Agent Solutions (IAS) to expand into payment processing and fintech, reaching Canada and Puerto Rico. In 2024, we acquired Your Ware Software to improve our business intelligence, sales, and compensation reporting for the wireless retail postpaid channel.
