The Sales Support Project Manager plays an important role in supporting strategic sales pursuits to ensure Aprio is uniquely positioned and competitive. This is a tactical execution role for a professional with experience developing high-impact collateral for all stages of the sales process in an environment selling B2B services to C-suite buyers. This candidate will work with client-facing deal owners across the firm to improve sales results by developing attractive, high-quality meeting materials and proposals in a timely manner.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop thorough understanding of Aprio’s services and the leaders of different industry groups and service lines.
  • Organize and participate in pursuit team meetings for strategic pursuits.
  • Support the creation of slide decks and other materials for meetings.
  • Conduct research on companies, buyers, and industry verticals to properly position Aprio’s value proposition in sales assets.
  • Manage the development of key pursuit proposals with strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
  • Assist service line leaders with the development and maintenance of proposal templates in Word and PPT.
  • Ensure service sales materials are kept up to date and on brand in the sales tool library.
  • Manage off-shore resources to develop and QC proposals and other meeting material.s
  • Educate deal owners across the firm regarding what tools are available to support their pursuit.s
  • Manage constant improvement of the content, appearance, and competitive landscape of all deliverable.s

Qualifications:

  • CRM: Strong knowledge of Hubspot.
  • Microsoft Suite: Strong Word, PPT, and Excel skills, Canva a plus.
  • Task Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling: Create timelines and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
  • Sales support: 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales support, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to help facilitate deliverables across segments and service lines.
